FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1) Do your cars have an insurance?
All our cars have rent a car insurance. In case of an accident you
should contact the police to complete an accident report and alcohol
test. Besides you should take a copy of other driver’s driving
licence, insurance papers etc. And call our Office within 24 hours.
2) Is there a time interval beforee I make my reservation?
There is no limitation for reservation time but the earlier
reservation would better fulfil your requirements.
3) How do I know if my reservation is valid?
There has been no cancelled reservation up to this time. We send you
an approved reservation form either by fax or e-mail. In case of an
accident or our customers undoubtly will decide to keep their cars
longer than they planned, we will provide a new car as you require
or upgrade to a larger car at no extra charge.
4) Can I pay by credit card?
You can either pay by mailorder system or by slipping when you pick-up
the car. When you pay by mailorder we ask you to fax us the filled
reservation form and we handle the rest throughout our bank. Please
do not forget the fact that we charge 18% V.A.T. to the price when
you pay by credit card.
5) Why do I pay a deposit?
Deposit is required for uncompleted accident reports, delays and
customer caused damages. Deposit is charged either by cash or credit
card. Deposit will be refunded when you return the car in accordance
with the rental terms and conditions.
6) If I rent, may another person drive?
Additional drivers are allowed though you must present a valid
driving licence. If other driver’s information is not written on the
contract then you will be asked to pay for the damages.
7) How do I pick-up the car?
You can pick-up the car from our office or any location you require.
Pick-ups are also available at the airports.
8) How do I return the car?
You may return the car to our office, any location you require or at
the airport.
9) What should I do if I’m involved in an accident or have
problems with the car?
First contact the police to complete an accident report and alcohol
test. Then you should take a copy of other driver’s necessary
documents and call our office within 24 hours. We will assist you to
continue.
If you have problems with the car contact our Office and we will
send you assistance in Istanbul borders. If you are outside
İstanbul, when you contact our office we will help you to continue
your way.
10) Are there age requirements for renting?
We require drivers to be 21 years of age and a one-year valid
driving licence. |
